The kbps vary. The major meditation tracks are in 224 to 320 kbps. The majoy exercises all have a beginning that embeds the suggestion that anything but the original CDs will work. Basically Hypnotica trys to hypnotize those with ripped copies before going into the meditaions so that others are brainwashed into thinking that they wil receive no benefit from these CDs.
To avoid this simply fast forward to the listed time in the tracks to skip this:
CD 1: Track 2 – 1:15
CD 2: Track 3 – 1:13 / Track 4 – 1:13
CD 3: Track 3 – 1:14
CD 4: Track 2 – 0:20
CD 5: Track 2 – 0:19
CD 6: Track 1 – 1:13 / Track 2 – 0:31
CD 7: Track 2 1:13 / Track 3 – 0:17
These are just estimates.
That said, there are edited versions of those tracks along the regular tracks that have that negative message removed from the track. All are all 160 kbps are smaller and easier to be used with an ipod/ MP3 player. This audio program isn’t created with special audio technologies that will be affected by converting them to MP3 or affect the exercises themselves so 160kpbs for any track is plenty great. For those of you set on FLAC or the like, I’ll see what I can do but there are no guarantees.

Welcome to the Reinventing Yourself program.
I created The Collection of Confidence Series, and the information for the Reinventing Yourself program, based upon my own life experiences and over 15 years of helping men become more confident. I wanted to put together a program that helps men like you get what you want out of life.

In the early days, I used trial and error to discover effective techniques that worked for confidence building. I started gaining skills and I developed field-proven methods to attract and meet women. My life began to positively change forever.
I wanted to help others who were in the same boat that I had been in create more affluence and abundance in their own life. I created this program to help you find your magic and develop the power you need to begin creating the life you want and deserve
In this program we focus in on the important key issues that bother most guys. You will have access to effective mind-opening techniques and tools developed from years of field-proven research. This was added when I realized I didn’t have anything to help take the sting out of getting rejected. This helps shield you from bad energy, negative viewpoints and opinions.
Approaching CD
This track is the most complex of all the tracks. It is designed to deal with concepts for approaching women. I added this after receiving many emails requesting help with this issue of approaching women. You won’t be able to hear what is going on at all times on this track just open your mind and take in the information on different levels.
Cameron Interview
I wanted to invite you to meet one of the trainers who teaches students to meet women in the bars and various other spots. I added this interview in to help give you more information and a different perspective from someone who has help train hundreds of guys in the art of meeting women.
Creating Alternatives
I added this special bonus track after the whole program was complete. I wanted you to have more value. Many times people know that they should change- yet they feel trapped and locked into responding or acting a certain way in a given situation. This meditation is geared to help you come up with positive behaviors that can replace unwanted behaviors that are holding you back.
